Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when shipped.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item received), we will refund the full order amount including shipping costs.

  • If the return is not due to our error, we will refund only the order total excluding shipping fees.

Note: We accept returns and issue refunds only for items purchased from holylandblessingstore.com.


In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store may be returned for store credit or site credit only. No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

  • If a defect or damage is not reported within 10 days, we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund.

  • Items that are defective, missing parts, or returned in an unsellable condition after the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

  • A restocking fee may apply for items returned incomplete or damaged at our discretion.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the item.


Replacement Procedure for Broken Items

You may request a replacement for broken or defective items if reported within 10 days of delivery.

Steps:

  1. Retain all original packaging.

  2. Email us at [email protected] with a detailed description of the damage.

  3. If the item was shipped via FedEx, please:

    • Call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339

    • Request a call tag and schedule a pickup.

  4. Repack the broken item in its original box for FedEx collection.

  5. Email us the call tag number.

  6. Replacements will be shipped within 7 business days.

    • If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
