
Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when shipped.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item received), we will refund the full order amount including shipping costs.

If the return is not due to our error, we will refund only the order total excluding shipping fees.
Note: We accept returns and issue refunds only for items purchased from holylandblessingstore.com.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be returned for store credit or site credit only. No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items

Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

If a defect or damage is not reported within 10 days, we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund.

Items that are defective, missing parts, or returned in an unsellable condition after the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

A restocking fee may apply for items returned incomplete or damaged at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Replacement Procedure for Broken Items
You may request a replacement for broken or defective items if reported within 10 days of delivery.

Request a call tag and schedule a pickup.

Repack the broken item in its original box for FedEx collection.

Replacements will be shipped within 7 business days.

If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
